Shipping Policy
International Delivery
1. EU Countries: All orders over 35 € have FREE Delivery. Otherwise delivery costs are 4.99 € per order. Shipping time - up to 3-7 business days.
2. Non-EU Countries: Shipping costs for all regions other than EU are 9,95 € .
Shipping time: the USA/Canada - up to 7-15 business days, Rest Of The World - 10-20 business days.
National Delivery
For the orders within Germany (national delivery) there are two options to pick from:

Standard Delivery: for orders with a total value over 35 € applies FREE Delivery, otherwise delivery costs are 4.99 € per order. Shipping time - up to 2-5 business days.

Express 24h Delivery: your order arrives on next working day - 16.99 € per order.
Depending on sizes and a picked delivery option your parcels will be shipped either via German Post or DHL-Delivery Service. All necessary information will be included to your Order Invoice and sent to your E-Mail once your order is placed. For most of the orders the online status update is supposed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Moyea CASES Store supports 14-Days Return Policy.
If by any reason you want to return your total order or exchange some items of it, you have to fill out out the Return Submission Form on our website and sent the items to our official address within 14 days. The shipping costs for returns should be payed by a customer.
It can take up to 14-28 working days for your refund to be transferred to your bank account.
