When your package leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation letter to your email with a detailed information about your order and delivery. There you will find all information about your parcel and how to track it. If you didn’t receive email confirmation within 24 hours after your purchase, please contact us and we will help to solve this problem.
Depending on delivery method you have chosen: the nearest pickup location or to your home address, the package will be delivered to you. Also, do not forget to pay attention to the fact that the postal service may decide to deliver the parcel to the nearest point of receipt.
You can find the tracking number of your package in the order confirmation letter. If it has been more than 10 days since you placed your order and you still have not received it, please contact us.
Based on the delivery method you have selected, time of delivery may vary.
Regular DHL Delivery normally takes up to 2 - 5 days within Germany.
If you choose the Premium 24 h Delivery Service, you receive your parcel within 24 hours after placing the order.
We deliver only within EU area.

No, you should not pay anything extra, all items delivered within the EU are processed based on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), therefore all import taxes are paid by the seller.
